David Barr - President

David is responsible for setting and managing the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. David is also responsible for business development and delivery of services to our Federal Civilian, Department of Defense and U.S. Government Intelligence community.

Terry Collins - Vice President

Terry is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of the company. Terry is also responsible for setting the company’s technology direction and defining the standards for delivery of technical solutions as well as strategic planning and tactical implementation of existing and future technology and related services.
